Reports missing for certain users in Dynamic CRM


One user came to me with a complaint that he is missing one reports from Dynamic CRM that is visible to another colleague. I first quickly verify if those reports are visible to me, being a System Administrator or not! I was able to see all reports.



Possible Causes


Language Setting in Report.
While deploying the Report, we might have set the specific language for the report and user may have different language set under personal option. Dynamic CRM display only report that matches user preferences.





Make sure you either set it for all languages, if report is independent of any language and should be visible to all.

Report viewable by property

While deploying report, we should check the property which is called Viewable by under administrative Tab, it should be selected to Organization if it is to be visible by all users within org.
